WAIVER POLICY
CUKAR (Cukurova Research) editors may offer waivers and discounts to writers in developing countries (Research4Life countries) who submit publications in the journal. If the authors in the countries determined by the decision of the editorial board for waivers and discounts report their requests to the Journal in writing, their requests will be evaluated by the editorial board.
